My name is Alicia Bane, and I’m a creator. I create jewelry using disassembled vintage costume jewelry and gemstones; I create custom works of art based on people’s treasured photographs; I write creative nonfiction and parody stories to make sense of life; I make fine art pieces based on things that I love and things that inspire me; and I make fantasy collages from magazines and vintage books and stickers. I also do graphic design work for local publications from time to time. Really, I like to do a little bit of everything — as long as I’m creating something new.
